Change (update) your Credit Card information

If your card has expired, or you need to update it for any reason, here are some instructions on how to do so:

  1. Log into your admin console. Make sure you are logged in as the owner, as that email address is the only one who can access billing information.
  2. Click on “Settings” in the Admin Header → Choose “General” from the drop down menu → Scroll down to and click "Account and Billing." 
  3. You’ll see your current payment method listed. Click “Edit.”
  4. You can also include extra information on your invoice for your billing department under “Bill To (optional).”
